After long discussions between the Dev and Fibre Ops team, it has been concluded that the promotional speeds of 50/50 Mbps will be reapplied for clients on 20/10 Mbps. The price will remain at R727, they are yet to confirm how long will they run the promotion.
I believe we could have handled this better, I do apologize for all the frustrations this has brought to our clients.
Clients who wish to stay on 20/10 Mbps may submit the downgrade on clientzone or upgrade to the 50/50 package in ClientZone if they want a permanent package change.
