Vuma - Crystal Web vs Cool Ideas

Can people who use either of these ISP's maybe help me clear up some questions.
Cool Ideas states they are unshaped, is this the same for Crystal ?
Crystal states they have a premium news server - is this available for both ADSL and fibre clients ?
Does Cool Ideas have a news server ?
Would the user experience between the two be similar ?

Any advice would be appreciated.

CW is unshaped as well.
CW and CI both give you access to the IS news server. I'm not sure if crystal fibre gives you access to the premium news server though.
UX on both is pretty awesome.
