Vuma Reach Fly.cool Termination

Hi

Vuma Reach started airing online here in Seshego(Limpoop) around February 2022.

I filled in the forms with a Vuma Reach agent.

Apparently no email address was used in activating with Fly.cool

Now i'm unable to migrate to a different service provider as it states that my line is still active with fly.cool

Fly.cool was the internet provider to go live first within our area and had i known that later on that other isps would be around I would have waited.

Is there any solution(backdoor) or any method that could terminate my line with fly.cool.

I have tried every possible thing to contact them,email,social media. Etc.

They did this sneaky practice in our area as well. So when we went live people were stuck on flycool.

Tell ICASA that you have tried canceling/migrating your service but the ISP is uncooperative. Cancellation should release the line also. Here's the ICASA process: https://www.icasa.org.za/pages/for-the-industry

I once got Telkom to play nice after raising a dispute with ICASA.

Many thanks for the suggestions.

Managed to solve it after spamming them with emails.

I'd say also responding on time on your part would make the process a whole lot easier.
