Vuma Reach Phoenix Thread

Quick check, who else has had their install done in the last few days? Do you have connectivity or not? Not to be a pain, but it is extremely frustrating having the physical connection but no connectivity. @AfriNatic , there hasnt been any feedback on the ticket you logged either.

I know I'm not the only one waiting for connectivity.

My install is happening at the moment. I'll let you know how it goes.

So I got all the provisioning messages from Afrihost and VUMA. Was on the way home with new stock for my tank anyway so I had to check - connection is live but no internet connectivity.
Its a start

Looks like PPPoE is still down. I have logged a new ticket for it. ISP-573971
Thanks for that, I'm back at work so I've told my wife to swap to the ONT every half hour and check- with a reboot.

For the 5m conduit guys... Never heard of this in CTN... There were some horrible installs where what looks like more than 20m of conduit was used and clients weren't charged any extra... @jdido87 can comment here as his parents place were one of those lazy 20m conduit installations that was fixed after logging a complaint.

We were aware of 30m cabling free and pay after that for any longer... no conduit 5m KFC money crap!

Issue resolved. Check again and see if you can get a connection now?

As i checked my notifications here and see this message, my wife messages me and tells me we are connected. Had her do a speedtest and we have 43.49Mbps down with 10.28 Mbps up. Finally!!

@AfriNatic you trully are a star with all the assistance you've provided here on the forum.
