How do we go about getting NAT type changed from strict to moderate on our fibre router? This is causing me all sorts of issues.

Hi guys. Anyone noticed speeds being throttled on the Vuma Reach network in Chatsworth during peak hours. Recently Vuma upgraded our 20/10 mbps package to 30/20 mbps and my ISP is Home Connect. Prior to this upgrade there was no throttling whatsoever. I've asked friends and family who are with Afrihost and also confirmed that they have been throttled. Any help appreciated.
I'm experiencing the same thing, I don't think it's throttling because the upload seems fine, it definetely feels like a congestion issue.
But feels a bit coincidental that this happened only after the upgrade. Literally the next day my speeds were terrible
Its definetely related to the POC thing but I don't think its a capacity issue, I wonder if some configuration is messed up
Have you seen a decline as well?
