Hi,

Yes it's you can. The important connection breaking settings has been disabled to prevent clients from changing the incorrect settings.

Yeah. I changed my SSID and Wifi password the night it became active. Although I turned off the wifi on the ONT unit as I use my own router
 
Quick update to all. Afrinatic is on leave :(. Guess we will have to deal with the WhatsApp support until he is back
 
Do the contractors cut into concrete when installing the fibre?

There's no way to avoid concrete from the road to my house.
 
Hi guys, anybody having issues with connectivity this morning? There seems to be no connectivity at all on afrihost.

Yeah Vuma Reach Tshwane confirmed it last week Friday. And as you guys have been getting higher speeds lately it will be another offering from them on top of the 20Mbps and 40Mbps deal. So maybe it will be R650 or so in pricing. So this may be January new deals.

But yeah turns out because of the poor install done by Vuma and leaving the line exposed....it was cut by the Municipal workers or sub contractors doing routine grass cutting ...

However I have been booked for a reinstall for the 5th time...

Will just wait till Jan 4th and see if they get back to me.

I have been asking for a reinstall for while now and Vuma is refusing. The workmaship of Vuma is disgusting
 
@AfriNatic Is there some sort of maintenance going on in Phoenix? I've got a red flashing LOS light from this morning.
