I have placed my order with Afrihost some 20 days ago. In the My connectivity screen they have placed the order with Vuma for installation, but the progress shows "Vuma has not yet completed the rollout...in my area" - I expect the balance of workers will be back at work from next week and things should get rolling.

Hi,

If the los light is flashing red the install is not completed. The ONT is in pending activation if the pon light flashes green.

Anyone else left waiting for installation to be completed? Sitting a week now since the install with the flashing red LOS, I placed the order 21 Dec and cancelled my Wisp. Sitting with no ETA, afrinatic indicates that the fault is for a scheduled appointment.
