Hi.
I have logged a ticket with Vuma.
The outage is closed.
Hi. This looks like a Afrihost issue. When using a VPN. The disconnects stop completely.

Using a VPN on my phone and I haven’t gone offline since last night.

Meanwhile my laptop which isn’t using the VPN is constantly getting disconnected

Checking if the NAT box not congested.

@Afrigirl What's happening with the speeds in Phoenix recently?

This is the speeds I have been getting since 7pm last night, this looks like shaping.

I have done the mandatory restarts but the speeds are still down.

Outage:
Joint is in poor condition due to rusted clamps that loosened, causing cables to twist. A cutover is required. Several fibres are broken, and others are showing high loss affecting the entire Zone 4 and Zone 6

Technicians are busy auditing the joint
