VUMA doesnt deal directly with End users ( as far as i know), have to log it via your ISP, who will get a ticket number ( usually starting with ISP-xxxxx) and then vumatel comes outHi
I’m having zero contact from Vuma tel concerning a Fibre line that’s needs to be repaired. Log a call and no response from their Maintainance department.

I have logged a call with Cool Ideas and the ticket keeps getting bumped up but zero reply from Vuma tel![]()
They don't communicate with anyone. Even Afrighost says they can only log tickets to them via a portal. Even then, it doesn't really matter how long they take, because who's got the mental capacity to have a fight with a different person with a single letter last name every day about the same problem?Hi

They know you have no other fixed line options. ISPs and FNOs are equally KAK.I have the same **** now... they need to come repair my fibre line.. logged a ticket on Tuesday already via my ISP. And if you call them you get "someone will call you now", "technician on his way", "you are too impatient"

That's the brick wall you're up against. ISP gets your money, fiber broken or not.Your ISP is your avatar in this war ... they must do the fighting ... keep bugging them ... You pay them and NOT Vuma.
Yep. They must know you're serious and not just taking the piss.Eventually, someone came - took about 10 minutes... the issue was on the street side of the installation. But really - why do you need to throw your toys first before someone helps?
