Vumatel/Afrihost Fibre Issue

Hi All. Need some help. Been having a tough time with getting connected with Vuma/Fibrehoods and Afrihost. Vuma say line is up, configured and no issue (Yet my PON light is flashing green instead of steady green) and afrihost now say that the issue is vuma/fibrehoods side not issuing IP addresses and thats why I cannot access the Vuma/Fibrehoods site or the Afrihost fibre activate site for the past week. Can someone please help me. Its been a pain calling them and having to call again to get feedback each time as I do not receive any feedback. Spent almost 3hours in total holding and getting the same feedback each time I call.

First problem: Afihost - walk away... rather run away while you still can

Then call Grace at the Vumatel Head Office - I'm sure she'll help you out.

Thanks Marlin.. I want to run away but I don't know if it's too late. I've already signed up and instalation has been done :-(
