After 32 years of ADSL I get informed we have to eventually all move over to Fibre, I innocently sign the contract and 22 days later find out that i am being billed twice by Telkom for two lines. 4 Days of fighting my way through there telephone services i finally get them to reverse the one bill. Thats when the nightmare started. They closed down my account and with that 32 years of emails all stored in different folders. My job of last 4 years all details all accounts gone. My remote desktop server with different IP address no longer accessible as with some sites all around my company cant gain access. R1000.00 per month for server R1000.00 per month for Fibre and voip phone and R1000.00 per month for vodacom mobile usage. Ping test prooves that it gests as far as telkom and does not bounce to next IP adress so everything times out. No email account unlesss i pay R55.00/month for stand alone email account. 21 days of hell trying to sort out this mess. Does Vumatel agents get commissions for new sign ups is that why my life has been turned up side down
