... because they sent me an invoice 8 days ago for a fibre installation. During those 8 days, I have had five phone calls asking when I am going to pay.

Yes, I get that the installation fee is payable immediately. But, Vumatel, if you send an invoice in the middle of the month, you might give your customers a little time to pay, like, until the end of the month when they get paid, instead of wasting money on a call center whose main job is to harass your customers.

It's really ****ing irritating.

In those call centres, if they hit upon a target who actually answers his phone, they harass him endlessly.

my line was installed last year like October, still waiting for them to fix my driveway properly before i pay the installation fee

I've always found it ridiculous that fibre companies charge you an installation fee. They'll happily plough billions into getting fibre trenched down your street, but then want to charge you to get it a few metres into your house. You would think they would want to encourage people to sign up and create happy loyal customers and recoup the cost of installation over the many months and years you'll be purchasing their service indirectly via your favourite ISP.

Probably why Openserve constantly offers free installation.

They also called me for a few hundreds remaining on my installation invoice.

Told them I can pay but that they need to send the account number and amount by email.

Never received any email...
