Vumatel downtime

Vumatel what the heck is going on, I have never experienced so much buffering on any network as I have recently had with my new fibre connection, I am just simply disconnected with no reason known then have to just wait until it comes back on again

Thier AE network or GPON.

Speeds were a bit choppy yesterday afternoon on their GPON Reach network. Randomly dropping to 2 megs before to jumping up to 40 again

How do you know it's Vumatel and not your ISP that is the problem?

The LOS light will flash for a second or 2 before going away and speeds return to normal
