How reliable is the Vumatel fibre network?

I've been on Vodacom fibre for a few months and it has been a nightmare. They have been ignoring my fault for 5 weeks and closing every single ticket without explanation.

I may be able to get Vumatel FTTH but I've done a quick search and it seems like Vumatel is just as bad as Vodacom.

Should I stay away from them? Any advice would be appreciated.

Please elaborate? I'm not familiar with all the fibre providers and ISPs.
Vuma is pretty much the best,
Remember, Vuma is the ISP, who is the FNO in your area (Fiber Network Operator, aka who's Fiber is in the group on which the ISP provide services)

Vuma is the FNO. As far as FNOs go, their network is great and maintenance (ie support) is pretty much one of the best when it comes to FNOs.

You usually only have one FNO option, maybe two. Vodacom call all their services Vodacom fibre, but they’re the actual FNO in limited areas and an ISP on top of another FNO in most. Do you have actual Vodacom fibre or are you on an FNO with Vodacom as the ISP? You can drop me a PM with your address if you’re confused in this regard.

Thanks for the info.
