Vumatel Fibre Cables Request

Hey guys,

Our area is in desperate need of fibre as we have old unreliable adsl lines and Telkom take months to fix any issues.

According to the coverage map for Vumatel our area has reached 135% of interest shown in order for them to lay cables (they already have cables 1 road above us )

I sent them an email where I was then cc'ed in one to their Durban North team, I have since followed up with 2 more emails directly to their Durban North team, all with no response at all.

Is there any other way I can speed up the process of getting Vumatel cables?

I'll give it a shot, but I figured I would end up in the same position as I am now. The main office responds very quickly but its the durban north specific team that would actually need to set everything up.

Anybody have a contact for someone in Durban?
