CISP plus crystal web?? How does that work?

CISP resell Telviva sip accounts from what I can tell from the config.
CW provides my ISP services, and my phone connects to the Telviva server.

Are toll free numbers free over VOIP? (0800 numbers that is)?

This I don't know, haven't tried one. Maybe @PBCool can answer?

What I can tell you is that on-net calls are free, so calls to CISP tech support cost nothing

Am currently comparing cool ideas and crystal web on their uncapped packages on VUMA network. I know cool ideas don't have a "data limit" but anyone on crystal web know if there is one? Went to their website but this is not clear. Am looking at the 50/50 packages in particular.

It's a variable number because one can also port 0800 numbers to other networks. The short answer is no 0800 numbers aren't free when using VOIP.

I know, the terminating party makes all the money from premium rated calls

So advertise your chat lines on 0800 numbers, and rake in the cash. Would work for a month or two, then disappear

No, you still don't need to touch telkom.

You can subscribe to telkom ISP over vumatel if you like pain.

Does anyone know who I can contact at Vumatel to find out what's going on with their construction? I've attempted the call centre but just get put through to people who don't answer their phones.

There has been a hole outside on the sidewalk for almost a month now, and the barriers around it have been degrading.

I understand that trenching can take time, but I would really like to know when I will get my sidewalk back.

Is there anyway to get a project plan for rollout dates of the fibre per street? I'm really peeved off, they did three corners of my intersection - and left my corner without fibre. Not impressed, esp. since I arranged numerous sign-ups for them. They seemed to have stopped work and moved over to the other side of Malibongwe, leaving the upper part of my street not-connected. Why the heck don't they finish a street before they move on?
