Vumatel GPON Or Active Ethernet?

How can I find out what is available in my area if Vumatel is the only provider?

Vuma Aerial GPON
Vuma Key GPON
Vuma Reach GPON
Vuma Village GPON

So as far as I know unless you've got Aerial, key, Village or Reach at the end of the service name its AE

Judging by forum posts, it seems like VUMATEL is pretty **** at mitigating congestion issues on their GPON infrastructure.
