Vumatel line down - desperation

Hi everyone,

My vumatel line is down and they are saying 5 days response time. I have an urgent deadline for Monday and I can't afford to be without internet... My Hotspot is not fast or stable enough for what needs to happen.

Does anyone know a technician or anyone whereby I could get my line fixed urgently. Happy to pay someone for the service.

The only people who get that kinda call-out or response times are business customers. Hence the price difference in offerings.

The best that you can do right now is look between the cellphone providers for the best signal and grab a sim & load some data.

If you say your fiber is down. Do you not get any internet if you plug a network cable into your white CPE box they installed?

Tried mobile data... To slow and ate 1gig of data in 10 min... Fibre is down I. E. White box is flashing blue...
