What recourse does one have if your ISPs processes are completely broken and they're unable to release your line?
I cancelled with Supersonic 2 weeks ago, I haven't received a confirmation from them and I have zero confidence in them releasing the line on time when my notice period is up...
Has anyone else cancelled with Supersonic recently, how did it go?
