Also would like to know - Vuma is talking about that for our complex as well.
They are currently installing in a friend's complex in Randburg. So far, so good.
The surveyor will come and draw up plans exactly where the fibre will go. Then, once the BC have given the go ahead, they will start trenching. As with any construction is can be somewhat messy, but the teams work very cleanly. They will obviously dig holes around the complex, but the teams definitely do make sure that all trenches in main drive/walkways are closed before about 4pm each day. The rest will be taped up.
Just be careful of the moany people in the complex who do not see the worth of it!
