Vumatel Support

Long story short. I moved house and my new house has a vumatel cpe but according to my isp there is no installation.
Have been fighting this all week without any luck.

Is there a vumatel rep on the forum ?

That usually happens when the installed device has been cleared from the address due to previous issues.

It shouldn't be an issue a the installers will confirm the fsan/serial number and activate it accordingly.

ouch this sucks i phoned my isp they say they have logged a request on Monday with them but still no support.
and you cant contact them directly anymore . . .

Vumatel is quite terrible when it comes to stuff that they are responsible for consumers. Like if an ISP misbehaves or when you want to change ISP. Best is to go with another fibre provider in your area if you have any choice.
