Vumatel/TelkomISP issues anyone?

Some people in our area are complaining. Anyone aware of any issues?

My Telkom internet/openserve fibre service was completely down both the phone service and internet at around 5:40, No strange lights on the ONT.
The phone service is back now but still cannot dial my ISP account. I am with Telkom internet. Holding with 10210 for 29 minutes now.
