netbook memory SODIMM wanted - DDR2 type please
I have a little netBook (Mecer M815P) that I'd like to give a little more memory, if you have a DDR2 SODIMM available I'd like to hear from you.

double check the specs of the netbook.

some of them have very little upgrade options, such as 1 slot only and also motherboard limitation on the amounts of RAM that will take.

I hit my head with a "dell" netbook a little ago, I upgraded to 64bits in order to load 4GB, then I put 4GB ram (one slot only) and to my surprise, it only took 2GB. Then I check the specs on their website and it had a limitation of 2GB max as supported by the motherboard.

Nothing to do with the motherboard, it's the memory controller in the CPU itself. 2GB memory limits is one of the crippling measures Intel introduced into Atom CPUs to make sure netbooks never really took off.
