Hi,

I connected just now to my WA account, and browsing was pretty much non existent. Called support, said no hassles on their side, and they did a port reset. Waited a few minutes, rebooted my router, but still no luck (all I could really do was listen to internet radio, but browsing, no hope)

Changed to my Afrihost account, and all systems go - can browse the net fine. Call WA support again, and just have a frustrating call with a agent who could offer no real help, and all supervisors are not available at present.

So, my query - anyone else having hassles browsing?

Just received an email from WA wanting me to rate the level of support :erm:

Yeah, I tried ordering flowers from iflora but it wouldn't load their payment gateway. After trying a few times I gave up and connected over 3g (which worked perfectly).

Seems to be back up and running again. According to WA they never had any issues. Credit to Vaughan for returning my call quickly

Thanks for your feedback unwired and dabean

Morning guys,

We experienced a briefInternational Outage between 15:56 and 16:58 yesterday. This was resolved between ourselves and our upstream providers.

As a result, we've set Network Maintenance to ensure these outages are kept to a minimum going forward. The maintenance will be run on the 27th July between 01:00 and 05:00.

Thanks Jeff for confirming this.

Will the maintenance effect downloading at all?
