WA: Next month's bandwidth reset time?

I am just curious: When does WebAfrica normally reset their accounts for the next month?

I happened to be logged into my account now, 8:15pm on the 30th of April, and saw that the next month's data has already been allocated. I thought it happens at the stroke of midnight.

I also have a WA account and my friend has a Axxess Basic account. But some how he gets more from Axxess than I get from WA.
Reason being is that if I have got 300MB left on my 1GB account before the new month and they(WA) add the extra 1GB to my account. I then have
1.3GB this month and if I am downloading a 600MB file before the new month starts then I only have 700MB left for that month.

Now my friend might do the same on his account but Axxess only add the 1GB to his account after midnight so if he also had 300MB left in his
account before midnight and he downloaded 600MB without restarting his router he would have downloaded 300MB for free and Axxess would
still add a full 1GB to next months bandwidth total.

So I must say Axxess is starting to look very good for us month end heavy users!
