WA traffic gone to hell?

Cancelled these guys the beginning of last month and the account is finally dead!

They slapped me with R49 per gig for every gig I downloaded last month! Not sure I should pay that as I never really agreed to it. They just assumed my R15 automatic Top-Up should be an R49 automatic top-up. So I'm paying like R700 for 13 gigs.

Mother ****ers...

Glad to be rid of them. Also quit the facebook channel which seems to only be interested in the Movember contest, trying to divert attention away from the fact they trippled their prices.

You used 13GB and didn't expect them to charge you. That was brave or was it an accident?

Whoah Michael, I'm amazed you managed to hold all of that in until just this golden opportunity. (A 10 minute interruption, after business hours).

As of late your posts have increasingly become rude & aggressive towards WA and it's getting a bit tiring to keep hearing you complain and demean WA on MyBB as well as on their own forums to tell the truth.

I understand you wish to give your clients the best possible service and thus demand the best from your provider - just reconsider before posting attacks in future such as the above on public boards as they don't accomplish anything and only leave a bad taste.

Whoah!!!

A$$KISS Much??

no matter what, people have the right to complain about service they pay for, even if its so small to some people, its huge to others!! if it is more aggressive or rude, what ever, its what this ISP section of the forum is for.

Everyone's was, specifically to avoid this situation from occurring.

If you want super juicy bandwidth prices, check out the Download Plus add-on.
It's going at R8/gb normally, but discounted to R4/gb for the next three months.

As of 1Dec, you can select how much of it you want.

Hey, it is a "superior" network...

Just don't dare complain or provide constructive criticism - as fanboys (same as MWEB situation - seems those that are willing to except poor service and unable to understand the effect of accepting poor service has) and some WA staff will lash you...

Heya AR,

Hope things are good your end.
Can you drop me a PM with the link that you're trying to download the files from so I can run some tests on my end for you?

Thanks :)

So, those of us who get good service and dare to say so are fanboys?

Can't load international web sites. Anyone else? On a 30 GB account.

Hey guys,

Just a quick update on this. Just got a call from one of our Network guys.
We've picked up an issue earlier this morning, which has now been resolved. Things should look better :)
