As far as I can see it is definitely being routed through Mauritius. (Increased latency on hop #6 and #7)One thing to note is Seacom is Registered in Mauritius so there IP blocks ofter appear to be in Mauritius on AFRINIC/look up when traffic isn't necessarily actually going via Mauritius.

Last week it was being routed through the USA and back, but then changed to Mauritius.
None of the other networks use international routes for this JHB - JHB mail traffic.
