Wagyu like beef

Wagyu is supposed to be marbled. I've seen specifically Fleishery sell "Wagyu" but it's not Wagyu. It's Wagyu-cut Angus beef, and you can instantly see what it looks like. We also don't have the nice grading system like you get from proper manufacturers - they just sell it as "Wagyu steak" but there's no marbling score on it. Some of the steaks I've seen has less marbling than Steakhouse Classic steaks in Checkers.

Like craft beer, the name is causing chaos and confusion, and places (like Fleishery) is cashing in on it.
