Someone signing up now is going to be paying this off until 2 months before the iPhone 20 launches...
What shitbox will that be?Well, it costs the same as a car. Why not pay it off in the same term as a car?
My android phones have been going over 4 years. Batteries still no change.Maybe there are people doesn't want to wait 2 months and have money to burn? And Apple is so great it will easily last for 4 years if Android mid-range phones can.
Nice click bait....
No, the thread title should indicate what the thread is about. This time its justified. I was horrified when I saw this last week. Last month when phone shopping there was no such thing.
So the OP asked a question and the answer is.....
threat
We don't need more click bait.No one is threatening anyone. It's against the rules. On the other hand, click baiting is the flagshit feature of myBB.
It would be fine if it were R599 or so for a high end device, lengthening the term makes things cheaper.
But this is kinda the same price you pay on a 36 month contract if you look properly. So what's the point? As it is 36 months is a stretch. In fact, the norm was 24 months.
Just a way to get a fool to part with R1099 for another 12 months.
yeah bud price of phones went up by alot
so that R24000 phone (1000*24) is now 36000
so they kept payments lower and extended periods
phone prices in general is crazy
cheapest decent phones are R300*24 a month and thats bottom of the range
mid range is R500-700 and top range is R1000+
Not kinda the same price, to be fair…It would be fine if it were R599 or so for a high end device, lengthening the term makes things cheaper.

The 256Gb model with half the data is already more than that p/m, on a 36 months term.
