Waiting forever for a simple sim swap

Requested for a sim swap for one of my rain mobile sims, I received a reference number and email confirmation that someone will reach out to me in regards to this it has been weeks and now has contacted me , I sent another request received a different reference number and no contact feel like I am not going to get this sorted maybe Rain should close down their support department they offer no support
