That's crazy. I waited almost 2 months once for an AMD CPU. Eventually, they credited me for both the CPU and motherboard (even though there was nothing wrong with the motherboard), because there was still no ETA. It depends where you sent it in, but in general (barring some out-of-the-ordinary problem), I'll wait less than a week

It is a stupid logitech mouse that was still under warranty and i sent it back. The sgnp then sent it back to rectron for 'inspection' and i've been waiting ever since........

That's unacceptable!! !!

That's insane!! It's not a major components with loads of circuits etc... there's no way you should be waiting more than a week.
They probably forgot about it or something, cos they can't be taking 6 weeks to fix it

No bloody way. It would be faster to send it to the manufacturer and back than inspecting it that long

"K dude lets Lan Quake again and make sure this mouse is working"
"Nowais dude,i'm so bloody tired of it,and this mouse just feels wierd and smells funny by now"

:P

I still have my copperhead but i miss the logitech just for everyday use:(

Nevermind if you have a substitute... They shouldn't have it for so long.
You need to start calling and harassing

I have been.....but im stepping up the intensity a bit;) Im really disappointed with the whole affair TBH.

OK, I've taken back about 5 Logitech headsets to Rectron in the past 4 months and it takes them 3 days to look at it and book a replacement so you can collect.

I think you're being bull****ted.
