Want to switch from my current ISP to Cool Ideas
What must I request from my Current ISP. To cancel with them.

Want a smooth transition from current ISP to Cool Ideas.

Current package 200 down and 200 up. On Vuma trenched.
Looking at 500 down and 200 up.

Also want to keep my current Asus router. I have a network setup with a couple of routers.

Hi, Its the usual process so give notice and wait it out, usually a calendar month. Or pay for the notice for early release, apply with us and once line is released we would take it over.
