So you have made up your mind that this was created by an Afrikaner?

This could also be a revenge post. Somebody getting back at the guy in the pic.

looking at the guys friends i can tell you that he is a third degree dumbass, anyone that has "wit wolf" as a friend is a closet nazi

That is just a stupid thing to do! Why the hell would you make a picture like that? You know you are going to hurt race relations and also put the legitemate hunting fraternity in a bad light. Ag no man!!!!!

Every village has it's idiot. No matter where you go there will always be someone...

So the press should shelve stories that could cause problems? why then publish farm murders? That could incite hatred. What about publishing malema's comments, why run the story?

Infact newspapers should not publish anything, zapiro's cartoon's could also cause problems perhaps he should stop. Hmmm censorship is what you basically want?

All of the examples you listed are either backed up by hard facts, or are purely opinion pieces. This image is not known to be fact or fiction, but is being presented as fact. That's why it's bad journalism and why it should not have been published.

Now, if the Sunday times had done due diligence and established beyond a shadow of a doubt this image was faked or not, and presented their findings in the accompanying article, that would be fine. But I get the feeling that they didn't bother doing due diligence because if the image is fake, they wouldn't have had a controversial frontpage article to sell more newspapers with.

A few really dumb issues with this.

If the photo is not photoshopped, then shame on the prick in the photo.
If it is a photoshop job, shame on the person that did it.

And without a doubt shame on the prick that started the FaceBook page.

I look forward to seeing whoever's responsible brought to justice, and wish the same for the racists in the ANC.

Could this be the work of Mal-enama and co. ?

Did you not see the guy's Facebook profile? He's mates with a lot of AWB folk.

Who is voting NO to finding this chap?

i did, i don't like twats like this but this is his personal and private profile. i don't want to fear for my life every time i sign up to a website that they could hand over everything i've said and looked at, or my whereabouts. we can get that information just from looking at his profile or talking to his friends, we don't need facebook to hand that information over, and i feel that they never should.

shouldn't be hard to find him though, when i used to waste my hours arguing with AWB idiots i could find all their details just from a google search

My tears have wet the screen of my phone. Is this the place I live in? Are these the people I share my country with? Both questions apply to the facebook participants involved... and many posters in this thread.

Once they find the offenders, they need to arrest them, mandatory 4-5 years behind the pen. If he is responsible for the death of the kid, life in prison.

I voted no, and here's why. Anyone who believes the child in that photo is dead is a moron. The photo is in incredibly poor taste but poor taste is not a crime in this country. Some might argue that it's a form of hate speech but it's hardly and incitement to murder black children or children in general so, ja actually, it's just an expression of racism and poor taste. Anger at the photo is perfectly understandable but the witch hunt that has already ensued is proof that the powers that be are incapable of a rational response. I certainly don't want websites I've entrusted with my personal information sharing that information with agencies and people with the power to mess with my life but without the maturity and constraint to know when it's appropriate to do so.

Ok, if he actually shot and killed the kid, life in prison. Sure, makes sense. If he said " hey, boetie come lie here like you are dead", 4-5 years? For breaking what law exactly?

No, I only looked at the news web site, and have no need to view the Facebook page.

The photo may be of some innocent person and used by a malicious organisation to fuel the racial hatred, just like Mal-enama is doing openly and unchallenged.

I voted no,

simply because this person though vulgar is not a national terrorist. My opinion is that photo has been edited.

What if your info is released next?

That person most likely would be traceable through other means.
