[Wanted] Wireless card for laptop

Item wanted: The wireless card I'm looking for is the RALINK RT3090BC4 which comes from a HP Pavilion dv7 - 4152si laptop.
Is packaging essential?: Not necessary.
Desired age and condition: Must be obviously working please - it's a replacement for one that broke/died/went to PC heaven.
Location: I'm based in Cape Town.
Willing to accept a shipped item: Yes if the source is truth worthy and please, it goes without saying, if sent to me, please pack it accordingly so to protect it.
