has it been released in SA if it has pls link a review?
Guys whats you latency and connections you use on it?
How much patches have they released already?
Is it buggy?

Hows it at lvl cap is lvling going slowly?
What is the lvl cap how long does it take compared to wow.

Basicly anything a WOW player in SA would like to know before getting Warhammer?

There is a few links in the Gaming section that covers most of your questions.

The thing about WAR is that you can part take in anything from lvl 1 - 40 There is no race to get to lvl 40 to experience the game ;)

This is from ex wow player that whent warhammer.
I’m Sad, for this game. I was looking forward to something to take me away from WOW, and yet again another one that doesn’t beat WOW, pretty sad considering Wow has lower graphics then any MMO out there. In War-hammer graphics are a step up, though how it felt for me on my character wasn’t solid, same goes for simple things like jumping and landing back on the ground, it has a real fake feeling as there isn’t any gravity to your character. Though for 2008 I would hope there would be standards to how things should look and act within their environment which here there isn’t any rich textures in this game at all, on top of the fact that it’s Beta they released that we paid for. I would love my money back so I can buy WOW’s Expansion. I think the two biggest things that bugged me at first is how laggy the game is and how hard it is to loot a dead body for I would be selecting my own character unless i got on the side of the corps. As leveling goes I always looked forward to my new skills while playing WOW. In War hammer they don’t make much different because the fact that I never really noticed the change within each new ability. I hope they are able to fix this game so that squig’s are fighting and facing in the right direction then their backs turned and the goblins that command them will get to see an arrow loaded first within their bow before firing

Got more to do with wow than you think like OP said get used to it :)

Aslong as i compare it with WOW it has EVERY right to be here so dude go somewere else pls if you got no intrest in this threat.

This sounds like a guy who spent 2 weeks farming gold for his lvl 19 Rogue twink. Now in War there is no such thing, It's all skill and luck :D

Sorry but just google WAR vs WoW and you will see what I'm talking about. I haven't tried it yet and will give it a go on the 24th and make up my own mind. But it sounds like the writing is against the wall on this one ;)
 
Seems there are lots for and against war atm, one thing I did notice was better latency on the weekend at times with so many ppl trying War out.

Warhammer obviously have not officially released in SA [24th Sept i believe], so i'd say within the next 2 weeks , some accounts will pop out of the wood work too.

Nother source doesnt look good for warhammer shame theres no reviews out yet.

Sorry, I forgot to add....

The game is WOW only more boring, first quest zealot "go kill 25 zombies" ....come back and "go kill 100 zombies". Its mindnumbingly boring with the animations looking rigid and patchy.

Melee class is horrible to play, stiff, awkward and utterly pants. Slash, slash, slash ....dead, rinse and repeat (jerky and clunky). Like I said before it WOW all over again only done more cheaply.

I got bored of WOW and I was bored of this within 30 mins. Nothing grabbed me, people running around, everybody busy killing zombies ...no one with any time to stop (and this an RP server) ...its crap.

That any better Newsmodel?

The initial question was purely related to Warhammer info.

Surely it would have been better to post that in the General Gaming section where it's more likely to get a response from Warhammer players instead of just WoW players.

There are already 4-5 WAR threads there. There would also be alot more positive responses there, since you know: this is the WOW (not WAR) sub forum

Yeah your so right i should have i am so soz sir theres so much more MMO fans in the gaming section.

No i want to compare it to wow Pitbull thx for movie looks awesome people gone hate goblins like gnomes here :)

I'm not trying to be a dick or anything. I just figured you'd get a lot more responses in that section.
I'm also looking at Warhammer but more out of interest then any real intention to play it seriously.
