I am inclined to agree with the article - just look at the police service and the Metro police.
The cash cow- the Metro - seems to have hordes of vehicles and ample staff to ensure they get a slice of the consumer's money. But the police? Firemen? Those are so rare that you actually take notice when you see one.

Yeah - I agree.
I just want a nice solid base to argue from, rather than get told by the Pro-ANC lobby that the arguments are baseless.

Tomorrow may be fun :D
 
Emergency services have never been anything other than ordinary, what's new?!!
