I'm almost done with them, but I want to warn others before they get their clutches in you.

They are by far, the worst ISP I have ever dealt with.

Support, non-existent. Only reachable over WhatsApp where you wait forever, and as soon as you get a reply you have to respond quickly or get timed out. Second, no skills. I have an issue with international breakout. ICMP looks fine, speedtest to international servers and streaming show there is an issue, agents claim since tracert and ping is fine, no problem. Get full speed local, intermittent or dead connections doing anything outside of this country.

The issue has been ongoing intermittently since last year, but as of March I am pretty much dead in the water. Was promised credit for failing to resolve my issue, never happened. Was promised a follow up call, never happened. Wanted to terminate, they transferred me, call ended. Tried again, I would be called back, never happened. And then on the fourth attempt, they have the gall to penalize me R1000 for cancelling, disguising it as an admin fee.

No matter what you save with them, it will not be worth it when you end up needing support. Go with someone else.

grasshopper, you have much to learn ...

just GTFO, no matter the fees involved, life's too short to fight with WebAfrica, I swear they've put many healthy people in an early grave already

oh it's R1,000 for cancelling AND another R1,000 if you don't return their router in 100% perfect condition in the same box etc etc
