Bwahahaha, I wondered when stuff like this was going to hit the media.
I've got it on very good authority that the contractor that was in charge of the R21 (Pta - Airport) was asked to leave / fired because of the monumental *****up they made on that road.
Enjoy it while you can: it ait gonna last long.
