Saw this in a brochure and being in the market I would like to know what does this mean when
1. Buying a used car from manufacturer dealership ( some cars on Autotrader with as little as 500km is advertised as "used")
2. Buying used from a non manufacturer dealership?

It means if your aircon stops working you can take it back for a new vehicle.

So, which Suzuki are you looking at? LOL

Some of the systems like Autotrader are being used to advertise new vehicles as well. Some computer systems at the dealers have a minimum mileage for used vehicles. So when they advertise new vehicles the mileage will show as 150 or 200 or 500km. Phone the dealer to confirm actual mileages on specific vehicles

The warranty on the vehicle is active from the date that the dealer mark it as sold on the system and it will cover mechanical and electrical faults. Stuff like batteries etc have different warranty time periods.
