Heya, i'd suggest starting off by taking a look at this
Warrior FAQ.
Secondly, remember that your weapon is the single most important item to increase your dps, so if you're swinging an old tree trunk then your DPS will suffer.
At that level i'd go with Arms.
Look for a 2 handed weapon with a slow swing time (3.5-3.7) which should typically have the highest "top end damage", not DPS, but Damage. Polearms / Axes > all.
When faced with a group of mobs in an instance, rend each mob quickly then Sweeping Strikes & Bladestorm (once you have it), otherwise MS [Mortal Strike] the Skull, Overpower when it's up and if not, spam slam or Cleave if your rage allows - but try to hit each mob atleast once (keep switching targets) for Deep Wounds.
Forget about Heroic Strike. If in doubt, Slam. Remember to Rend each mob before
anything else. Don't forget to use Sweeping Strikes (lots of DPS). Don't save your Recklessness or trinket cooldowns for a "special occasion", use them every pull or as soon it's ready (unless the mobs you're attacking are already low on HP and you're about to move to the next group) for overall max damage done.
You can use an addon like Quartz to track your rend timers.
Glyph for Rend, Mortal Strike and Execute.
