Possible to see whether subscribed online?

If you with vodascum the number changed from 30333 to 31050

So whats it changed to now!! both those numbers come back failed...
opera telecom PHONEDRONE is taking R4.39 randomly from my account up to R180 per month. .
Vodacom say there is nothing they can do except collect their commission. I have no idea what it is for!
