Starring at 500k and up for 7.62mm bullet proofing, but, since many the new crimes are being committed with armour piercing ammo, that means you need VR8-level ballistic protection and up. This is major expensive.

That would be the average protection being available to most people, VR8-level ballistic is what we would love to have, can ill afford
 
Well whatever he did in the past it certainly made someone really hate him enough to keep trying to kill him. We'll never know and probably do not want to know.

Indeed. Most people commented on the car and bullet used and this and that.
South Africa has turned into a reeealy rough place. By reading all this comments, most people seem to have accepted their faith. #SoSad

True...but if you are a gangster with a bullet proof Merc and survived previous hits then it's different.

I stand to be corrected cos I'm working off what someone told me...

I think the bullet proof merc is because of the last attempted hit... He was shot in the chest or something like that and only barely survived.
 
Car is bullet proof.....gets out of car while being shot at... darwin award.

He does seem to be a bit of a sissy. I've noticed that he is always reporting people, but at same time he goes around baiting people.
 
There is a fundamental lack of knowledge about what bulletproof means here.
The attackers knew though. He was dead either way. His best chance was to keep moving...stopping the car cost him his life.
Btw, unarmed security is no security at all. Those guys drove right through security in the complex and they could do f-all.
 
Wonder what is going on, had a few hits in WC as well last week.
