I wanted to try this for a while now. It looks like fun and a low intensity session, I mean all the old broads hanging there...:D.

So of me and BF goes to the pension club at Virgin to join the water aerobics class.....Farkit!!! :eek:
IT is a crazy work out my breath was racing my muscles were burning like fire, and you cannot stop I mean if granny can do how can I stop!! Today i can feel I had a great work out and besides the work out it was the some of the most fun i have ever had at the gym. Those old girls have a little secret club!!! I love it!!:D

I’m going 4 times a week...... when i can start lifting my arms again :o
 
thats good mila!! congrats!

You must remember those grannies have been doing it for a while so they may have more stamina than you.
 
lol! yeah, Mila. Water aerobics is fun. I did it whilst pregnant with eldest. I just haven't been able to go again, but I'd love to do it again

After this winter I have no stamina! I Think i had the flue about 6 times.
So yes we are so week and unfit! Those grannies just smiled when we started hlf way through they were grinning so hard at our huffs and puffs....:)

You work with your own power and water resistance. So much fun!!

I went to gym last night to weigh myself then left again. When I got outside, I chatted to this ch00t german friend of mine for about 45mins.

We did that most of the winter.. just to keep the vitality thingy going , I hated it made me feel like a louse and those skinny sexy chicks loooks at my fat wobbly ass and think : Darling you should pass by the treadmill too:D
 
My wife does this too at VA with the "grannies". Same story...they seem chilled..and after my wife is finished with the class..she is so tired. Must be a helluva workout as you have water resistance all the time...

I do not know. I bought myself a Speedo i do not want to ruin my normal cozzy with everyday wear:D But I do think they have a dress code. But it might only be that you have to wear the little hat.

Ha ha, a swimming cap :) Those things are so uncomfortable...
They always pulled my hair!
 
And they never stay on!! I would love one of those old 60's style with the flowers on :)
