Water contamination crisis.

Maybe we can hold one of those events where the politicians demonstrate that the water is safe by drinking a glass straight out of the dam.:)

It might be bad, but something good can also come of this. This country is overcrouded with sh*t...If you look back in history, after any type of war, you have a short time thats sh*tty, but then starts booming...Too many people = too many sh*t...Same as the sea...If there is too much fish or whatever, you get the "RED" tide which wipes all the k@k out...then the fish can start to live again...

There was once a soviet official who went for a swim in a reservoir that was created by a nuclear explosion to prove it was safe.

Imagine a mutation... Manto with 2 heads! ... and both think they are smart! but on a serious note, according to the CIA world factbook, SA's population is on the decrease.
 
can add petroleum to the list as well, with all these extra usages induced by the power cuts and so forth
 
And they call Apartheid a crime against humanity...at least all of SA were better off, even without the right to vote.
 
Now where is good old Postman Pot who claimed that the water cut in Jo-burg wasn't an indication that SA is becoming Zim 2? :D
 
I have said this so may times, people are going to start throwing things at me.....
Anyways, one more time: :D

Burst water pipes in our area are escalating exponentially.
It is not just one or two now and then, but many.
Right now, within 200m of my house, there are three excavations - all from this week.
One of those is on its 4th "fix" in 3 months or so.

If that is what can be seen - imagine what the huge pipes are like where no one (the public) can readily see?

Electricity problems are very easy to see - no lights = no power = problems.
Broken pipes with microbial bacterial "issues" = not easy to see.
