Sadly, yes. $190 + $80 (shipping to SA) + 14% (VAT) x 7 (Rand/Dollar) = R2154.60.

lol you don't pay vat on the shipping charge and I think it's about $50 so less than R2000 and you can bring in a GPU block, with the shipment which would make it more feasible than brining in the block alone.
But that is all beside the point.. Get a 6990
