I was recording a wave file in a program and after I was finished the program messed up and I had to exit without stopping recording. Now the Wave file is 300mb so I'm sure all the audio is there but it wont play with itunes or WMP...

Is there any way I can fix it?

HAHA funny I tried that already I'm running some program that supposedly sixes WAVE headers or such.... Just thought someone would know a way that they have tried in a similar situation that worked.

It might helps if you can identify the proggie you used.

just remember to "fix" copy's of the wav - some stupid program could break it for good.

Ah recording a mix again?:)

Can you play it with torq? You only mentioned itunes/wmp.

Do you have a wav editor like audacity,soundforge? They handle wavs better and can show you if there is anything wrong with it.

I tried Audacity it just opened an empty wave file. Trying Goldwave now.

Think i found a fix for ya

Audacity -> Import RAW
