I haven't tested it properly for a while, but my ping has definitely climbed to crazy levels during the day. Sadly, support is not sterling quality.

The same here. They are shaping big time, even though they say they don't. My downloads tell a other story...

Bought my copy of Black Ops today fully installed and patched. Closed all essential running programs and loaded my new only to find out that i cannot even connect to the servers. A buddy burrowed my he's account to test and was very playable. So don't know what is up with WAZZUP at the moment, but not to be even able to connect or even see the servers is abit of a let down to me. Other online gaming like SC2 is now alos not playable anymore

It would be nice to get a statement from them what is going on before we all move on. I will give them until end of the month should there be no improvement I will also put my notice in.
Shame another one that started strong and went down.
@ Lexor Do they transfer your line back to Telkom?

As Far as i know you can leave your circuit with them or transfer it back to Telkom which takes about 4-6 working days. Apparently there is no down time to the user when the circuit is moved

Will see if the WAZZUP reps can comment on that as well

Sorry for the late reply, mine was also slow the first 2 weeks of Feb and the end of Jan. It then came right last week sometime. Torrents are now back to normal(over 30 always).

Maybe they had a problem.
