WBS changes its name

it would mean nothing if the prices don't come down and the quality & service levels improve!.
 
wow. Truly only in za. I bet you that they think that changing their name to iburst is a way to improve customer support.

hmmm.....we can't lower prices.......or improve our services......hey hey......how bout changing our name.......yeah that'll work
 
I'm a customer...I didn't get notified at all. They are probably sending those notifications to the same dev/null that they send my daily bandwidth report email. That ceased to work somewhere in feb.

So the great new features we have been given are:
1. Port shaping...everyone say yay!
2. No smtp access other than the iburst smtp server....yay!
3. A new name...yay!
4. Spam on the free mailbox, even though I've never in my life used that email address for anything...I'm glad my account details are so safe.
5. no bandwidth reports...yay!

Keep up the great work! You can change your name to whatever....pretty soon the name I'll be using for wbs will have 4 letters.
