Acid I agree with everything you said. Serves these idiots right. I hope they get the book thrown at them. Sick and tired of hearing about these poor guys all over SA resorting to crime for need. This is not need it is greed.

Being in the thick of things (ie: living in the UK) i can see a marked difference in local policing.
The police and government in the UK are getting sick of the crimes being commited by the immigrant communities such as the Pakistanis and African/Afro-carribean.

According to our local community policing forum, that section of the public (immigrants) accounts for up to 80% of their arrests. And 95% of those for violent/drug crimes.

My opinion is that if you are an immigrant, it should be 1-strike, your out. Deportation for any crime (from shop-lifting to murder) should be the punishment. Would solve the jail overcrowding problem too...

Even though its still my tax money hard at work I'd sooner they remained locked up in the UK to serve their time rather than instant deportation.

Well if you look at the growth of the country, it's been alot higher since the large influx of foreign workers.

Growth? Maybe in amount of people draining their resources. The UK has had and will probably will in the future have a good economy with or without these people draining their resources.

Yes, which they can attribute to the foreign workforce that got in there and worked their arses off rather than becoming yobs or teenage mothers on the doll.
