OK, some feedback on the News Server problems. Can you let me know how old the .nzb files are? Our news server retention is set to 140 days - so anything older, will generally be slower and seen as "uncached"
Can we run some tests and see?
If there are slow speeds, please FW the .nzb file onto [email protected] so we can test the files on our end.
Same here.For me your news server is a serious plus for me (and the DL+ times)

I just tried one that is 0.2 days old and it didn't even download, it was "downloading" as if the articles were corrupted. I'll forward the NZB to your support guys to investigate.Hey folks,

That's all great for uncapped but you have not addressed any concerns raised here.
The sign-ups exceeded our expectations by almost three fold, along with a capacity upgrade delay that is not in our control.
